Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
UK orders are sent via a tracked Royal Mail service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If you require expedited shipping, please get in touch before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
International Orders
I am not currently shipping orders to the United States while I assess the impact of recent tariff changes and associated import costs.
If you are based in the United States and are interested in purchasing an item, please get in touch directly before placing an order. I may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis and provide an accurate quotation for delivery and any applicable charges.
Returns
As all items are vintage or pre-loved, minor signs of age and wear should be expected and are reflected in the product descriptions and photographs. Any significant flaws will be clearly described and photographed prior to purchase.
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• Returns should be arranged by contacting me before sending the item back.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Charity Shop Tours & Styling Services
Private charity shop tours and styling services may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the agreed date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, appointments may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.
