This is a very striking 100% cotton velvet striped jacket by popular U.K. designer, ALLEGRA HICKS.
The lining is 100% silk and the velvet fabric is in great condition with one small white mark on the shoulder. See pics.
It has a wide self tie belt and pockets at hip level which are sewn shut.
